A trademark is a distinctive sign used by individuals or businesses to identify products or services that are produced or provided by a specific individual or business. A trademark protects its owner by ensuring the exclusive rights to the product or service. A trademark can be used or transferred or sold or licensed.
What kinds of Trademarks can be registered?

What is Copyright & Patent?
While Trade Mark is for protecting the brand name and logo, Copyright is for protecting the original work of authorship such as literary works, dramatic, musical and artistic works, cinematographic films and sound recordings. “Original work” means that the work has not been copied from any other source.
A patent is an exclusive right granted by central government for an invention.The right is granted to the inventor to manufacture, use or sell an invention for a certain number of years.
