Professional tax rates:

We are sure that our earlier blog on ‘Professional Tax’ has been useful in explaining the basic concepts. We understand that there are many employers who struggle to get the professional tax rates to be recovered from employees.

In our experience, we notice that even the officers at the respective Professional tax office are not aware of latest rates. Here’s the list that describes the rates for various regions.

We will try our best to update this content as and when the Government changes the rates. Feel free to contact us at info@cogzidel.infor any kind of doubts you have on Professional tax.

Note: Column 1 indicates the Gross Salary for 6 months for all units except Bangalore for which it denotes Gross Salary per month.
